You know, it’s a real honour to be the first episode of a new podcast called East Coast Feels: The Creatives Corner. As much as I love interviewing people, it’s always an enlightening experience being on the other side of the microphone. It’s a way to find out what you really think about different things and interrogate aspects of your life that you might not have even thought about in quite some time.
That’s why it was a privilege to get to sit down with Jonathan Brady at The Winston Pub and delve into my history in the Durban music and comedy scenes. I got to reminisce over the good times and lament the bad, and, all in all, look back and feel proud of what I’ve done and who I’ve become. I do say some regrettable things in this interview but hopefully, you won’t hold them against me for too long. Enjoy.
